Brian Luckadoo
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer, Brian Luckadoo, joined the Alliance Center for Education accounting team as a Financial Accounting Specialist in 2007. Brian immediately leaned into the organization’s restructuring activities by suggesting ways to streamline accounting processes and improve the existing financial reporting structure. These initiatives aided in improving the organization’s overall financial health, provided accurate data that was used to evaluate program and service offerings, and later, similar data collection provided information used in program expansion.

Early Childhood Education Director
Elisha Wilson has been an Early Childhood Educator for nearly 25 years. With 15 years of teaching spanning from infancy to Pre-K; followed by almost 10 years in Program Administration. Her passion for early childhood was motivated by her grandmother, mother, and aunt who collectively contributed 31 years of service to Bethlehem Center of Charlotte, now Alliance Center for Education (AC4Ed). Elisha’s younger siblings are a product of Bethlehem Center of Charlotte.
